This page contains all the development tools that you need to get started with c / c++ development. There are many IDE (Integrated Development environment) that you can get started with. But for Starters , I have some good resources. I always prefer freewares for development.
Commercial Platform:
It is important to understand that most people may not need a commercial platform for C programming. But if you are willing to pay for a good commercial platform here are some:
I don't recommend student spending money on expensive development tools. So I have some free /open source tools for starters.
